Sooryavanshi Benched, Mayank Unleashed: India's Big Changes for 4th T20I
Leaving out Sooryavanshi feels slightly harsh on the surface. The youngster stepped in admirably when Kishan was sidelined for two games for his strain, even knocking a captivating 45 in the third T20I in Wellington. However, with Kishan declared fully fit, the team management has backed their first-choice top-order batter to reclaim his spot right away.

XtraTime Webdesk: Even with the five-match series already wrapped up 3-0, Team India is still trying to close it out with zero losses. Skipper Shreyas Iyer won his fourth straight toss on the New Zealand tour at Auckland's Eden Park and immediately elected to bowl first under chilly, windswept skies.
The big talking point at the toss was a double change in the Indian line-up. Teenage prodigy Vaibhav Sooryavanshi and veteran swing bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar have both been benched for the fourth T20I, making way for the returning Ishan Kishan and express pacer, Mayank Yadav.

In the bowling department, Bhuvneshwar’s comeback series hasn't quite sparked the magic fans hoped for. Noticing a decent covering of grass on the Eden Park strip, Iyer opted for Mayank Yadav’s raw pace to exploit the expected bounce and seam movement alongside Arshdeep Singh and Prince Yadav.
New Zealand, desperate to get some pride at home, also made one change: Nathan Smith steps in for Kyle Jamieson, who has been rested for the remainder of the series to manage his workload. For India, the mission is clear: keep the ruthless streak going and push closer to a 5-0 clean sweep.
