Speaking on the Red Cast podcast, Vampeta said:

The former member of Brazil’s 2002 FIFA World Cup-winning squad claimed that he heard the information from “inside sources” during the Club World Cup. However, he also acknowledged that the claims remain largely based on rumors.
Vampeta added:
